Andres is from Barcelona where he got his Sommelier degree at the CETT University. He’s worked as sales representative for over three years for one of the most important distributors in Catalunya and decided to move to London to complete his WSET Diploma. Which he swiftly did.
Today Andres is Assistant Head Sommelier at Gymkhana Restaurant in Mayfair. He is also a wine educator within JKS Restaurant Group.
His fine and assertive palate is in constant demand at wine competitions where he judges, wine trade publications where he is asked about his wine pairing advise and of course he also finds time to take part in Sommelier competitions. See this link below.
